In October 2026 a dedicated desk in Bucharest costs roughly RON 1,500 to 2,450 a month including VAT, a private office RON 2,000 to 2,500 per person a month, a registered-office address RON 60 to 650 a month, and a meeting room RON 65 to 160 an hour. Below are the prices Bucharest spaces publish on their own websites, brought to one denominator: lei, VAT included, per month or per hour.
How we calculated
We read the websites on 15 October 2026. Prices shown in euros were converted at the National Bank rate of 5.35 lei/€. Where a site says "plus VAT" or says nothing, we added 21% VAT; at Hublou VAT is 0%, so the listed price is the final one. Regus shows prices per person per day on 24-month contracts; we kept them per day and added an indicative 30-day equivalent. Mindspace, Impact Hub, Stamina and Hotspot do not publish desk or office prices. Prices change; check each website before you decide.

A hot desk (unreserved seat) costs €150 + VAT at aSpace and €220 a month at Commons, V7 has Flex 8 (8 days a month) at €250, and Nod Makerspace has a full 24/7 membership at €150 + VAT. Hublou offers neither hot desks nor day passes: with 12 desks, the quiet of the people who work here matters more than one extra seat for a day.

The price difference is a product difference: for RON 59–120 a month you buy an address in a flat or an accountant's office; for RON 400–650 you buy an address in a real workspace, with a room where you receive your clients. Hublou does not set up companies and does not file with the Trade Register; it signs the registered-office hosting contract, for a minimum of 12 months, which the directors or shareholders file.

What is usually included, and what is billed separately
At most spaces the membership includes internet, cleaning, utilities and coffee. Four things differ, and they move the monthly bill more than the list price: the deposit (one or two months at many spaces; none at Hublou), the minimum term (from one month to 24 months), access (business hours or 24/7) and the meeting-room hours included. At Hublou, the dedicated desk includes a reserved desk with a locker, 24/7 access with a key card, registered-office hosting, a phone booth by reservation, printer and scanner, HEPA air purifiers, high-speed fibre-optic internet, utilities, supplies, daily cleaning, lounge areas, terraces with Wi-Fi and a cup of the finest illy coffee. If you sign up by 31 October 2026, you get 10% off for the whole term of the contract: RON 1,349 per month.
