If you searched for "coworking Bucharest", you have already seen the big names: Regus, Mindspace, Commons. They are good spaces, with dozens or hundreds of seats and office buildings behind them. Hublou is something else: 12 desks in a house near Charles de Gaulle Square, with a terrace and a garden. The article below puts the figures side by side, so you can choose with full knowledge.
Public prices, as shown on each website
The prices below are the ones published on each operator's website on 14 October 2026, converted into lei at the National Bank rate of 5.35 lei/€ and shown with VAT included: at Hublou VAT is 0%, and for the others we added 21%, because their websites do not say whether the displayed prices include VAT. The chains show "from" prices, which depend on the location and the length of the contract.

Regus shows prices per day, not per month, and ties them to the contract length; for a shorter term, ask for a quote. Mindspace does not publish prices and invites you to a tour. At Hublou the desk membership runs for a minimum of 30 days, with no deposit and 24/7 access with a key card, and the private office is quoted per team: 4 or 8 people in the attic, up to 12 people on the first floor, 72 m². Commons and Hublou offer 24/7 access; at Regus it depends on the location.
What is included at Hublou, with no add-ons
The dedicated desk membership includes a reserved desk, a locker, 24/7 access with a key card, registered-office hosting, a phone booth by reservation, printer and scanner, HEPA air purifiers, high-speed fibre-optic internet, utilities, supplies, daily cleaning, lounge areas, terraces with Wi-Fi and a cup of the finest illy coffee. The meeting room is booked at least 2 working days in advance, Monday to Friday, 09:00–21:00.
When a chain is the better choice
A chain makes sense if you need access in several cities or countries on the same membership, if your team has more than 12 people, or if you want a hot desk for a few days a month. Regus and Mindspace have international networks; Commons has several locations in Bucharest.
When a boutique coworking space is the better choice
You choose Hublou when you want a cosy space with personality, in a house with a terrace and a garden, not a cold building of glass and steel. If you work in the same place every day, want quiet and neighbours you know by name, if you care about clean air, a terrace and good coffee, and you do not want to pay separately for every service, a small space with a single price is the right choice. One detail that matters especially in winter: at Hublou the heating is classic, with radiators, and the air does not come through a centralised ventilation system shared with the whole office block that hosts the coworking space, where you share germs with every floor; every room has windows that open and a HEPA air purifier.
