What kind of space is Hublou Coworking?
Hublou is a duplex in a classic Bucharest building, with a shared coworking space and two private attic offices. Enjoy natural light, furnished terraces and places for focused work. English-speaking members are welcome.
Where is Hublou, and how close is the metro?
Find us at Strada Emanoil Porumbaru 31, Sector 1, between Aviatorilor and Charles de Gaulle, between Kiseleff and Herăstrău parks. Aviatorilor metro station is around a 5-minute walk away.
How do you keep the coworking space quiet?
The shared workspace is for focused work. Conversations longer than 10 minutes take place in the phone booth, meeting room or on the terraces. The phone booth is free to reserve; the meeting room is booked separately at RON 125/hour, for members only.
Is the phone booth included in my membership?
Yes. Members can reserve the soundproof phone booth free of charge for phone and video calls. There is no time limit on use; access is managed through reservations.
Do the spaces have natural light, ventilation and air purifiers?
Every room has windows that open for natural light and ventilation. Offices are cleaned and aired daily. HEPA air purifiers are provided in each office and the meeting room. The space does not use centralised ventilation.
How are the terraces arranged?
The terraces run along two sides, with four areas: three seating areas and one smoking area. All have Wi-Fi and power sockets, so you can work outdoors or take a break.
What are the prices, and what is included?
A dedicated desk costs RON 1,499/month, VAT 0%, with a reserved spot and locker. A virtual office costs RON 499/month, VAT 0%. We prepare personalised offers for private offices with 4 or 8 seats. Full facilities are listed on each service page.
What are the access hours and minimum membership for a desk or private office?
Dedicated desks are accessible Monday–Friday, 09:00–21:00. Private offices have round-the-clock access. Both require a minimum membership of 30 days.
How can I sign up for a dedicated desk?
Book a visit through the contact form or call +40 314 055 405. We will discuss availability, the right spot for you and contract terms before your membership starts.
Can I book the meeting room?
The meeting room seats 6 and has collaboration and video conferencing equipment. It is available to members only, by reservation, at RON 125/hour.
What does the virtual office include?
The RON 499/month plan, VAT 0%, includes a professional address in Sector 1, registered business address hosting and mail handling. The meeting room can be booked separately at RON 125/hour. Ask about contract terms and mail handling before choosing your plan.
What is the concierge service?
Our free concierge service recommends solutions for your company, including IT, accounting and legal service providers. Recommendations are included; you arrange the providers’ services directly with them.
How are payment and cancellation terms agreed?

What drinks are included with a desk or private office membership?
Premium illy coffee, premium teas and filtered water. There are two equipped kitchenettes, one on each level. Water is filtered and air is purified with HEPA filters, alongside natural ventilation.
How is the duplex arranged?
The lower level contains the shared coworking space, phone booth, lockers, a kitchenette and terraces. The attic contains both private offices, the meeting room and a kitchenette.
Do you offer day passes or week passes?
No. Hublou does not offer day passes or week passes. Dedicated desk and private office memberships run for a minimum of 30 days.
