Primăverii is a neighbourhood of villas and embassies between Aviatorilor Boulevard, Primăverii Boulevard and Herăstrău lake, with no office buildings and, as of 15 October 2026, no coworking space inside it. If you live or have your office here and want a place to work nearby, the nearest dedicated desk is at Hublou Coworking, 31 Emanoil Porumbaru Street, by Charles de Gaulle Square: a 10–15-minute walk along the quiet streets between Aviatorilor and the park.
How to get from Primăverii to Hublou
On foot, 10–15 minutes: along Primăverii Boulevard or the parallel streets to Aviatorilor Boulevard, then towards Charles de Gaulle Square and Emanoil Porumbaru Street. By bike, 5 minutes on the Aviatorilor bike lane. You do not need the metro: Aviatorilor station (M2) is 5 minutes from Hublou, and so from the edge of the neighbourhood. By car, parking on the service road of Aviatorilor Boulevard.

The nearest large spaces are at Charles de Gaulle and on Calea Dorobanților: Regus Charles de Gaulle Plaza, with dedicated desks from RON 55 per person per day, approx. RON 67 incl. For people who work from home in Primăverii and want to separate home from office without crossing the city; for consultants and lawyers with clients in the embassy area; for anyone who wants to start the day with a walk through Herăstrău and end it the same way. A reserved desk with a locker, 24/7 access with a key card, a phone booth by reservation, printer and scanner, the 6-seat meeting room for members at RON 99 an hour, registered-office hosting and high-speed fibre-optic internet. Breaks: the park and the museums
